The following details will help us make a personalized quotation and itinerary:- number, names and dates of birth of the participating travelers
- address, phone number and e-mail address of the main booker or contact person
- preferred itinerary
- preferred date of arrival and departure
- preferred type of lodging (budget, mid-range or luxury level accommodations or a combination of both)
- preferred extras, such as satellite phone, GPS or additional permitted driver(s)
- additional excursions, such as game drives, boat cruises and scenic flights
- any other details, wishes and information that we should incorporate when preparing your itinerary
